Our Classes

We understand the juggle of motherhood because we’re Mums too. Our expert-led classes support everything from pregnancy fitness to postnatal recovery, including diastasis and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Whether you’re preparing for birth, returning to exercise, or balancing fitness with life as a Mum, we offer tailored options including 1-2-1 sessions and baby-friendly training.

Our classes are not only a fun, effective way to stay fit, but also a chance to connect with other local Mums. Community is at the heart of Mammas Fitness, and many friendships begin in our welcoming sessions, with social groups offering ongoing support and encouragement.

Pilates takes place in our two calm, private home studios. We provide baby cuddles and indoor buggy parking for Post Natal classes, creating a relaxed, stress-free space where you can focus on yourself. Post Natal reformer classes are for mums with pre-crawling babies only.

Mat Pilates

Control. Core. Calm.

A low-impact class focused on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility using controlled movements on the mat. Suitable for all levels.

Reformer Pilates

Sculpt. Strength. Stabalise.

A dynamic, full-body workout using the reformer machine to improve strength, alignment, and mobility. Adjustable resistance makes it suitable for beginners through to advanced.

Post Natal Pilates

Rebuild. Restore. Rise.

Gentle, supportive mat and reformer pilates classes designed to help rebuild core strength, improve posture, and aid recovery after pregnancy and birth. Babies are welcome.

A fun, outdoor workout for parents with babies in buggies. Improve fitness, strength, and wellbeing while enjoying fresh air and connecting with other parents.

Timetable

Studio opening hours are Monday - Friday 8.00 - 14.30 and Mondays & Wednesdays 19.15pm - 22.00. For Personal Training session availability and times please get in touch.
