Tuesday 12.15-13.15 Reformer Pilates (6 weeks)

A 6 week course of Reformer Pilates running from week commencing 1st June to 13th July 2026 and based at Sherwood Reformer Studio. There will be no class on 30th June 2026. Please note that this class is for Mums WITHOUT babies.
