Wednesday 19.30-20.30 Mat Pilates (14 weeks)

A 14 week course of Pilates running from week commencing 31st August to week commencing 14th December and based at Sherwood Reformer Studio. Please note that this class is for Mums WITHOUT babies. There will be no classes week commencing 19th and 26th October during half term.
