Wednesday 12.15-13.15 Post Natal Reformer (7 weeks)

A 7 week course of Post Natal Reformer Pilates running from week commencing 1st June to 13th July 2026 and based at Sherwood Reformer Studio. Please note that this class is for Mums WITH babies.
