Launching Buggy Conditioning - FREE TRIAL!
We are so excited to announce the launch of a brand new mother and baby class at Mammas Fitness starting in September 2018.
Buggy Conditioning will be held on a Thursday morning at 9.30am and will be taught by Kelly White our latest recruit! The class will be focused on toning, strength and core exercises and will be held at Claygate Recreation Ground. To give you the chance to sample our Buggy Conditioning class and meet Kelly before you sign up for the new term we will be offering a FREE trial on Thursday 19th July at 9.30am. Our Tuesday Buggy Exercise class will be rebranded Buggy Bootcamp and continue to be taught by Claire Wellard. This class will retain its focus on cardio and mild HIIT training whilst incorporating resistance bands and core exercises. The two Buggy classes complement each other perfectly and give participants an opportunity to attend two different classes each week which will keep you fit and get you toned with baby in tow!
A little bit about Kelly
I have worked in the Fitness Industry for seventeen years and have taught a range of classes over the years helping women get fit, stay fit and get fitter. Since becoming a mum and experiencing, pregnancy and birthing two children I wanted to further my exercise knowledge in this area. I love helping and guiding mums back to where they deserve to be, feeling strong and confident in movement again. Being fit to function well in daily life is important especially when you have young children to look after. We are made to move but we need to be mindful that we are carrying out the right exercises for the right stage of our Post Natal journeys. That’s why my Buggy Conditioning classes are designed to help strengthen and tone all muscles used, mirroring the movements of real life. These classes will help shift postnatal weight, concentrate on restoring the core and help get you fit for your ‘job’ in motherhood, and of course have a giggle and meet likeminded mums.
